Refund Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible defective and non-defective products. Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Non-defective products must be new, unused, and returned in their original condition.

Contact ediqomiroca668@gmail.com before mailing a return so we can review and approve the request. Returns are made by mail using the free prepaid return label included in the package. We do not charge a restocking fee.

After an approved return is received and inspected, we will process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days.
